Since 2008, Óscar Molina has been the chef responsible for the entire gastronomy of Ibiza Gran Hotel and Casino de ibiza, and his most personal project, La Gaia. Recognized with a MICHELIN star and two suns by the Repsol Guide, he is considered one of the best chefs in Spain. Not only can he curate a MICHELIN Star menu but also create close to the heart flavours in dishes that are easy and versatile.
