Óscar Molina
Curating the gastronomic offer at Casino de Ibiza is Óscar Molina and his team. Since 2008, Óscar Molina has been the chef responsible for the entire gastronomy of Ibiza Gran Hotel and Casino de ibiza, and his most personal project, La Gaia. Recognized with a MICHELIN star and two suns by the Repsol Guide, he is considered one of the best chefs in Spain. Not only can he curate a MICHELIN Star menu but also create close to the heart flavours in dishes that are easy and versatile.
